Purpose
These terms of use ("ToU") govern access to and use of the Djinn platform, published by Solyntek SAS. By accessing Djinn services, the user accepts these ToU without reservation. The platform provides AI services accessible via API, intended for businesses and developers.
Access to services
Access to Djinn services requires creating an account and obtaining an API key. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out under their account. Solyntek SAS reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of a breach of these ToU or misuse of the services.
Data
Data submitted by the user via Djinn APIs remains the exclusive property of the user. Solyntek SAS undertakes not to use this data for any purpose other than providing the requested services. Data is processed and stored in the European Union in accordance with the GDPR. For more details, see our privacy policy.
