Djinn collects only the data necessary to provide its services: account information (name, email, company), API usage data (call logs, performance metrics), and data submitted by the user for processing (documents, text, files). No data is collected for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.
Hosting
All data is hosted exclusively in the European Union (France) on ISO 27001-certified Scaleway infrastructure. No data is transferred outside the EU. AI models run on dedicated servers in France, ensuring your data never transits through non-European infrastructure.
User rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data.
